# Hal

Hal is the business development oracle of the mob, and his ulterior motive is to ensure the Infected Mob is largely successful in its business operations. Hal has an impressive track record in the Web 3 space, being instrumental in the advancement of the Xin Dragons project as one of the key founders and generating thousands of Solana for holders. With a background in Economics, Business and Senior Leadership within Education, he has become an expert communicator and negotiator. 

He has developed an unrelenting creative approach to the business-related aspect of NFTs to ultimately provide as much value as possible for holders and make the ecosystem a much better place for everyone involved.
